Well there ought to be some provision to make things right.

All universities are concerned about academic dishonesty. It's good to see them attempting something.

Does OU have an after the fact policy?

I hope not, er, uh, I mean, I don't know.

They should start with the President of the University and then work their way down the administration and faculty and then get to the students.

While I agree with the idea of punishing academic dishonesty, I find the idea of taking another class (which you have to pay the university to take = payoffs) to cancel out the cheating as plain stupid. Better to assign community service, a huge fine, No Credit the class and force it to be repeated. Preferably with the same professor.
I am sure that OU has a policy, I just have no reason/need to know what it is.
