? for those familiar with Photoshop & Corel Draw

What is the main difference?

I just purchased PS CS2, and I am looking at Corel Draw. I need a graphic program that allows more "drawing" ability. PS is great for a lot of graphic design work, but not much better than MS Paint when it comes to drawing.

If anyone can help me, I'd send them a autographed picture of my dog.
