My thumbs have always been double jointed or something, has anyone ever seen thumbs like this?

I've seen that.

Medically, it stems from an acute chronic case of lakkanookie. It can also be a product of exposure to opportunity from chicks in burkas.

I'd recommend seeing your physician.

my thumbs used to be kinda double jointed, but not like that really

then i severed a tendon in my right thumb, it's not double jointed anymore after they repaired it

Yeah, mine have always been like that. I can make them pop and jerk like funky robot thumbs. It's never gotten me so much as a free drink.

I like to slam a door or some **** like that and then pretend like I broke my thumb. I scream in agony and then show them my thumb...the look on their face is priceless.

Nah, they don't hurt or ache or anything and I was born that way. They've always been like that.
It's like some kind of misplaced or additional tendon or something that stops my thumb from spreading all the way out and the knuckle sort of pops out its socket.

I've asked my dad what the deal is and he said some medical mombojumbo but I'm pretty sure he doesn't know exactly what hte issue is.

Someone bump this tomorrow during Doc's shift. :D

I'm not sure that's what it is. I think that's only part of the problem..on the other side of my hand there's like this extra flap of skin or something connecting my palm to my thumb and I think that has something to do with it as well.

I'm double-jointed in both my thumbs but they don't do that. They hyperextend way back.
