He evidently told his Daughter to film him the next time he came home falling down drunk. He's saying he did it so he'd remember how pathetic he was and it would maybe help him from relapse.

The duaghter didn't release it according to a release, in fact ole Hasselbaby praised his daughter. He seems to think the ex released it as they are going through an apparent bitter divorce.
