I've looked around and cannot find whether they're looking at him as a QB or a WR.

Seems like they have a lot of QB's.

I barely watch the NFL, but when I do the Jets are my team.

Seems they want Paul to play as a quarterback and maybe do some Kordell type things with him. I believe Brad Smith from Missouri is on that team too but he played RB last year

I see him being like Seneca Wallace for Seattle. He is a backup qb, but can play receiver and run trick plays.

The Jets are one of my favorite teams. Although, if I can say favorite, it is not by much. Fantasy sports have really challenged my idea on having a favorite team.
