I think it might be considered the crime of "seduction" on this side of the Atlantic:


In seduction, unlike rape, the consent of the woman, implied or explicit, has been procured by artifice, deception , flattery, fraud, or promise, and therefore is not a defense. The consent of the seducee to the act of intercourse is, in fact, an essential element of the crime of seduction; if consent is obtained, the fact that there was some slight resistance or reluctance, or that the seducee was to some extent influenced by fear, is immaterial.

I guess its a good thing this sort of thing isn't prosecuted much because I know an awful lot of guys who could be in big trouble.;)
