why can't you make my fish bowl work?
I called them the other night because I got all of my guppies but one to eat. he doesn't even show up when I tap the glass. While trying to help him I asked them if I could go ahead and switch fish bowl from a 10 gallon one, to a 20 gallon.. As soon as I did the switch I wasn't able to get any of the guppies to eat. I went out and repointed my fish bowl to the window and both bowls showed up over 90 degrees temperature.
Last night I talked them into switching me back the smaller bowl and I now got all guppies to eat but the larger bowl still has gunk and dirty water in it.
Has anyone had anything like that happen to them?
