Apples and cinnamon is the bomb.

If you're gonna do it, try these. I've been eating these for the past couple of months and they're really good for you. Cinnamon and Maple/Brown Sugar are AWESOME... Put a couple of spoonfulls of splenda or packets of Sweet and Low on after its warmed up, and it makes it even better.

Banana Bread sucks, big time. I love real banana bread, and this oatmeal BLOWS.

Apple bits provide texture that maple and brown sugar doesn't.

Some of the old pharts struggle with apple bits.

Them's fightin' words! These are the instant oats to end all instant oats, and everyone who's honest with themselves knows it:

Also, how long until Dean gets into the thread and calls us all p*ssies for not eating real oats right off the stalk, like goats r' something! :D

Not only is it good and good for you, it'll fill you up for 10, 15 minutes.

It's OK to eat more than one pack.

speaking strictly from a taste standpoint, apples and cinnamon can't even come close to the flavor that maple and brown sugar provides.

How many would it take? 6?

yeah, and it eliminates that pesky "chewing".

3-5 depending on your mood.

Usually 4 is perfect for me.

WORDY McWORD!

I've been eating one packet of the weight control kind for breakfast for about a year... And it has really contributed to a fair amount of weight loss. Maple and brown sugar is by far the best, and I use skim milk instead of water to make it all [*snickers*] creamy. That adds about 90 calories but the extra [*snickers again*] protein keeps the ol' tummy full til lunchtime.

And I'd get banned DoLeMitE style if I told you how bad the banana bread flavor blows.
