Met an OU alum today

I don't get many of them in this area...so it is always special. He is an Army Captain and he said that he bartended at OConnells for 3 yrs while he attended OU. He is headed back overseas in a couple of weeks, so think of him or say a prayer...whichever is your gig.

You orta check with the OU alum office for a Sooner club in your area. We have a lot of fun with game watches here in PHX, at a local sports bar.

I had an older gentleman come up to me at a Mexican restaurant here when I was wearing my OU jacket, he was a '59 alum and said it was good to see some of us down here.
