I apologize in advance if this has already been discussed in the past...
After last year's travesty in Eugene, one glaring problem that screamed for redress was the Pac 10's insistence that only Pac 10 officials could officiate at Pac 10 hosted nonconference games. This was unique among college conferences as just about every other conference used officials from neutral conferences when hosting nonconference games.
I know this issue was supposed to be addressed by the Pac 10 at some point. Has this happened yet, and does anyone know the outcome?
