I was helping a friend sod his yard, I jumped off the back of a trailer with an armful of sod, a pain shot through my leg that I've never fealt. This brought tears to my eyes. I've had one really bad injury before this, but this is a new kind of pain.

I was helping a friend sod his yard, I jumped off the back of a trailer with an armful of sod, and landed square center on an upstanding rake handle!!! a pain shot through my person that I've never fealt since that one night in college. This brought tears to my eyes. I've had one really bad injury before this, but this is a new kind of pain.

just joshin ya man. I sprained my ankle back in January just stepping off the deck.:D

Have a doctor look at it. You may have popped a ligament.

i just assume if we're talking about busted knees, it's probably gross and I probably don't want to watch it. i may be wrong, but i think i'll play it safe.

It is probably not an ACL, I tore my ACL once and it did not really hurt, I just got a little sick to my stomach...
