Title 37. Intoxicating Liquors
Chapter 2 - Low-Point Beer
Section 213.1 - Prohibited Performances and Penalties

No owner, operator, partner, manager, or person having supervisory control of any establishment licensed to sell low-point beer shall permit any of the following on or about any commercial premises where low-point beer is dispensed or consumed:

1. The performance by any person of acts, or simulated acts, of sexual intercourse, masturbation, sodomy, bestiality:stunned: , oral copulation, flagellation, or any sexual acts which are otherwise prohibited by law;

I'd have included the rest but it's too nasty for a family board.

You live in Thailand. This is Oklahoma. There's a difference b/w the two locales as to what is considered acceptable behavior in TB's.

I believe this law is officially known as the "Aggie Act", sometimes called "The Stillwater Proviso".

The laws are so backward here in Oklahoma that I cant even order wine because its illegal to ship it here. I have to have it shipped to out of state relatives who get it to me somehow. It wouldn't be so bad if there was a place I could purchase nice wines at a fair price in this state, but there isn't.
