The 6 imams who were kicked off a flight are now sueing the passengers.

Am I wrong or can these passengers countersue for malicious prosecution.

They reported behavior but were not in the position to remove anyone thus they cannot be held liable.


They should have just shot the imams when they started bashing the U.S.

Actually, you can get at least a couple of them with one bullet if you put them right up against each other, right?

12(B)(6) to dismiss for failure of the pleading to state a claim upon which relief can be granted, matters outside the pleading are presented to and not excluded by the court, the motion shall be treated as one for summary judgment and disposed of as provided in Rule 56, and all parties shall be given reasonable opportunity to present all material made pertinent to such a motion by Rule 56.

Offer them a free flight with 1 pilot, 1 steward and 2 parachutes. Tell them you are about to provide them a great religious gift, an opportunity to meet Allah. Then pilot and steward explain that since they're not muslim they wouldn't be welcome just as they step out the door at 12,000 feet. :D
