Yes.

For meteorologists or anybody that has much do to with weather, that program is very awesome. I know SEVERAL NWS offices that use the analyst edition for there post-event analysis.

I've been using the Level 3 and Level 2 versions since they were in Alpha testing. I was one of the first users of it.
