If i wanted to buy a ticket for one or two home games where would i go to in Norman to buy them ? I'm not from the area and am interested in making a few home games this year.

Thanks, yermom.

actually, there seem to always be extra tickets on the Southwest side of the stadium where the tour buses park. i had A&M Aggies trying to give me tickets on my way in the last time they were here

but it's not usually hard to find tickets lately, unless OSU is in town

Great that helps, I am gonna try to make a game this season. I made the MTSU game last year, but really wasn't a good game, actually it sucked lol.

I always have extras but I usually get drunk and forget to sell them, so they go to waste..... God I love booze!!

You can get them from the ticket office via www.soonersports. com beginning about August 1. Either call toll free or get over web site. Need to register with site ahead of time though which takes about a week. You will be buying visitor tickets returned by the visitors ie south endzone and down where the visiting band sits on east side. Sometimes during season you can get them the same way if teams like A&M, Tech, etc return them at the last minute. On same web site is Ticket Marketplace. For $25 fee you can buy tickets posted by season ticket holders. You pay 15% over face and print your tickets on your printer. I have gotten 50 yard line seats several times this way. Or just walk around the stadium.

My Uncle is a TU Season Ticket holder / Donor.

He's getting an option to buy 4 extras which I have asked to buy from him.

So don't forget about the TU game in Tulsa this year...you'll be able to see 8 games this year in Oklahoma.

At that point, it might be feasable for some to make the Iowa St. game in Ames, The CU game in Boulder and the TTRR's game in Lubbock also.

Thus with a little extra effort getting tickets to the RRSO...You could see them all this year BABAY ! ! ! :D

Just a thOUght....

How in the name of Barry Switzer could you say a 59-0 old-school woodshedding sucks? ;) I was raised on those kinds of scores, and I love 'em.

I still get a chubby when I think of 77-0 in the third quarter on Aggy.

At the farm the tickets were $100 for the ends of the sides. And of course the club seats had price of $500 most of which sat empty all year.

Seriously they will probably be face value or less and if they are not you are talking to a scalper.

People will probably be asking $200 - $300 for a pair of Miami tickets. That will be one of those "hey I was there" games so you'll get a lot of people who normally don't go coming out of the woodworks. Not to mention that the Miami faithful will make the trek as well. I know a few guys that have already told me they'd give $300 for a pair of sideliners for it, something which I wouldn't do. I bet the scalpers would gadly take $175 on game day if you were to bargain with them. Face will of course be $154. If any of you are wanting game tickets before getting to Norman I suggest the ticket board. You should find some good deals there.
