This Thursday with a large agri-business and co-op bank. The best part is that it has no depositors so, there is no chance of me getting shot in a botched bank robbery. I think I have a pretty good shot at this job.

My advice. Wear the new suit with a white shirt and wear shoes instead of the boots.

:D

The office on the edge of the big city, so I can live in the sticks and get to work easily.

I think it went well enough. I was there for almost 3.5hours. The next one may be even longer from what they said.

I hate that crap. That's ridiculous. If you sit through and interview that long you should get the position - or get paid for your time in the least.

I find it difficult to believe that it takes that long to determine if a candidate is qualified for the job. If you're trying to determine between multiple candidates and you have to take this long to figure it out - then flip a coin - because it isn't can't make a whole lot of difference.

I'm wishing you the best. You deserve the position for giving them a half a day interview.
