I don't get why ice makers are so complicated and prone to breakage. How hard is it to make ice? In a freezer?

A chupacabra probably broke into your freezer and sucked the water out of them. I have heard that they are know for doing that.

I had to buy a bag of ice from the corner Stop-N-Rob. It's a solid block of ice! I have to use a hammer to chip some off. (My parole officer says that I am not allowed to own an ice pick)

I wont have an ice maker. Thats just one more thing that can break. Plus, I like distilled water ice. I just keep a 2 gallon bag of it filled up in the freezer.
