am i the only one who get's these everywhere i go?
i've posted a few times about the greatness of the stretch of Beggar's Banquet, Sticky Fingers, Exile, Let i Bleed (not in that order) as one of the GREAT stretches of rock records. really, **** what you hear on classic rock on clear channel and the singles....these are are among the greatest records of all time....all in a 3-4 year period. like the Beatles between 67-70. and screw U2, it takes them 3 years to make a record.
anyway, what March Madness (TM) has to do with the Stones is beyond me.
surrealism used to be the province of art, now nonsensical associations are those of advertising. gel deoderant means a hot bracket and no buckets of sweat on yer hot wings and Bud Light, TV guy.
and when you go "to the PARTY" that night.....the PARTY is always on TV.
