Read the whole sentence, it is not a Phoenix question, it is a Phoenix area, primarily North Scottsdale question...

Do you think a North Scottsdale property investment is smart right now...I know prices have "flattened" ???

I was raised in that God-forsaken wasteland. Go ahead and buy it up. I sure as hell don't want it.

I thought I read that residential prices up here have gone back up a little. Don't know about other types. What area of NScottsdale? It goes all the way from Frank Lloyd Wright to Carefree.

I've got nothing snarky today, sorry. Oh, I forgot...

People, if you're gonna come out here and buy a brand new cowboy hat from Saba's, be advised that it doesn't go with your white shorts and dress shoes.

I wish I was playing golf in Scottsdale right now, instead of being here with you morons.

That is really my question, is the slide still ongoing or has it leveled ???

From what the paper says, the northern slide has pretty much leveled. Things are selling slowly, but prices are level and even going up in the high-end ($1mil+) neighborhoods.

Of course, if you're really serious, I'd contact a realtor out here in the north Valley. I'm just some housewife reading the paper.;)

I have a North Scottsdale realtor but I think further reductions are likely in the next six months... we'll see, it's all a crap shoot...
