MTV has an HD channel that shows all kinds of live performances, and one of the shows is cross-genre, where they get artists from different music segments together. I haven't seen too many of them, but tonight caught Bruce Hornsby and Ricky Skaggs, and it was really pretty good. I'm not a huge Blugrass fan, but you have to admire the talent.

The finale was hilarious - Superfreak. I may have even heard a "YOOOOWWWW!!!1" They looked like they were having a blast.

Sure rub it in, I don't have cable. I remember when it WAS every day that you saw that kind of stuff on MTV. Seems like last I heard, there was hardly any music at all on it. I assume this is some channel different than regular MTV. I wouldn't know because I DON'T HAVE CABLE!!
