When I get tired of tomato sauce based pizza I'll sometimes make one using cream cheese but I mix it with some dill weed, some crushed garlic and a touch of olive oil and use that for a base. Then I add a layer of fresh baby spinach leaves, mushrooms and some sliced garlic. If I have it on hand I may add a little red bell pepper and olives if I'm in the mood.

Just so long as there's no ranch dressing involved (when did that become the white trash condiment anyway?).
