sometimes, when my sinus get really bad i wake up in the middle of the night with that feeling. then i cna't fall back to sleep for like an hour because it hurts worse then it lays down

yep. allergies are bad enough from stuff outside, but we went to The Vista with a bunch of people earlier, and we were in the smoking section :mad:
