i do have this bottle of jamaican jerk seasoning a buddy gave me a while back, sounds like a good way to do it. rosemary and/or a diabolical amount of crushed black pepper with lemon juice and XVOO would be good too.

yes, certainly won't hurt to marinate overnight. Sometimes I will use limes, cut them in half, squeeze them over the chicken once it is in the foil pan. Throw the squeezed lime halfs in with the chicken. Make sure you cover it tightly with foil.

That would be correct. I had almost forgotten about Ohio State though. I had given my desire for OU to have been the only team with that accomplishment as my reasoning for rooting for UCLA, then someone replied with "What about Ohio State?" True, but I'm not even talking about that. Everything about the semi-finals yesterday were a complete snooze-fest for me, not just because OU was not around this year. I think Monday night will be a pretty interesting storyline, with the rematch from the BCS game in Phoenix. Plus, it will be quite satisfying to see tOSU get pwned again by Florida again, only three months later.

I watched part of the first game, with the sound down of course (because I refuse to listen to those bozos Nantz and Packer). Then I missed the second game because I went bowling with my girlfriend and a couple of other friends. I made the right decision.
