How many years do we continue to witness the big 12 getting screwed but once again. If Kansas is the #1 seed then why are they playing UCLA in California? Looks like to me they should be playing at the Alamo dome... JMO

Self's first ELite 8 run at KU they played at Kemper and STL. they were barely above .500 in their last 10-12 games and pull Kemper and STL?

I have a feeling that Kansas is going to ride this emotional high for a while. They've got so many athletic weapons on their offence, they're going to wear down UCLA and their pressure defense.

Newbomb Turk

How was the chicken, Newbomb?

so damn good.

If you have the time, here's how you do it. Season it however you like. Sear each side for 5 minutes or so on the grill. Then put them in one of those disposable aluminum foil pans and cover it with aluminum foil. Put it on indirect heat for a couple of hours. It will fall apart and is as juicy as can be.

i do have this bottle of jamaican jerk seasoning a buddy gave me a while back, sounds like a good way to do it. rosemary and/or a diabolical amount of crushed black pepper with lemon juice and XVOO would be good too.

that latter is easy if you just put it and yer cleaned up chx breasts in a 1 gallon zip lock bag overnight and yer good to go.

yes, certainly won't hurt to marinate overnight. Sometimes I will use limes, cut them in half, squeeze them over the chicken once it is in the foil pan. Throw the squeezed lime halfs in with the chicken. Make sure you cover it tightly with foil.

I'm sorry, but with all the late game calls/no calls--tOSU/Xavier, G'Town/Vandy....the announcers and CBS commentators get a little haughty arguing pretzel logic the right call was always made.

OK, the UO guy leads with arm, but the FLA guy knocks him down is not working the principle of verticality....*at all*.

That would be correct. I had almost forgotten about Ohio State though. This episode of Flip This House sounds like it's 1000x more interesting than either of these games today.

Floridas gonna phuckin win another title. Geez. Good thing they're not historically title winners or I'd be sick to my stomach right now.

two years in a row they've got beaten like this. John Wooden must be rolling over in his grave.

the only consolation is that they are getting there.

It's really going to suck for TOSU to lose both National Championships to Florida in the same year, in blowout fashion both times mind you.

What's the chances of having the same title game in both fb and bb? It's gotta be 1000-1 or more.

If he was dead, he would be. Fortunately for him, he's not dead and is probably at the game.

UF will certainly have the bodies to run at Oden--who will have a hard time staying out of foul trouble with Gators hanging all over him.

Nice D Noah.....OLE!

I do think Florida will beat tOSU - I don't think it will be a blowout though.

No. He's dead. They prop him up on a stick like Bernie. Pretty sure there's no blood flowing through that body. :D

Of course if he's at the game he couldn't be rolling over in his grave. But he will when they put him back until next year.

I wonder if Monday night can rival the NHL All-Star game for lowest ratings ever.

that won't be a problem - Leave it to Beaver beat the NHL all-star game.

Weird, I consider myself a pretty big college b-ball fan, but my apathy for the Final Four is at an all-time high this year. I think I watched a combined ten minutes of both games. I found myself more enthralled watching Independence Day on FX during the second game...and that is saying a lot.

tOSU v. Florida is more intriguing in football.

I wonder how quick Oden will get to sit down with foul trouble in this game, but still be proclaimed the greatest evar.

He's got some potential but I still think he'd get his *** handed to him in the NBA.

if by your apathy being at an all time high, you mean you're looking forward to the championship game being a cure for any sudden bout of insomnia you'll have monday I'll agree with you 100%.

It's amazing how much less the tournament means when your team didn't get invited.

True, but I'm not even talking about that. Everything about the semi-finals yesterday were a complete snooze-fest for me, not just because OU was not around this year. I think Monday night will be a pretty interesting storyline, with the rematch from the BCS game in Phoenix. Plus, it will be quite satisfying to see tOSU get pwned again by Florida again, only three months later.

Maybe last year, when UF dominated George Mason and UCLA did the same to LSU.
I watched part of the first game, with the sound down of course (because I refuse to listen to those bozos Nantz and Packer). Then I missed the second game because I went bowling with my girlfriend and a couple of other friends. I made the right decision.
