From the sidelines in Saturday's practice... words can't express how highly I think of this guy. World of talent, and a cool, calm, class act. Dude's really impressed by DeMarco Murray, for those of us who were looking for more insight on DM.

Unless the Broncos can trade up to 1 or 2, which probably wont happen. The Browns seemed impressed with AD at the workouts yesterday.

The key is to cook them over medium-low heat, with a lid on. Be sure to keep a small amount of water in the pan -- that will help prevent burning while sealing in the juices.
