I was just wondering if anyone else noticed that Kansas seemed to get 2 free points during the championship game. It was when the game was 63-60 and Kansas had the ball and made a shot but got called for an offensive foul. Then espn broke away for a second and came back with the score 65-60. I was wondering if anyone else saw that or did they count the basket and have an offensive foul? Never heard of that?

They ruled that the ball was released before the contact, therefore the basket counts. Not common, but not unheard of either.

Anyway, I am glad that dapper DICK Barnes and his merry band of bonghorns dont have the opportunity to soil OKC.

Yes you can score on an offensive foul. But it's almost never seen.
