I think I might try it, but I heard from someone that only black people go to Church's. Is whitey allowed?

I always felt there should be separation of Church and Chicken.

I won't eat there. Any place that advertises prices that low can't be any good. You can get a ten piece chicken meal for a couple bucks. Also, have you ever noticed which areas that the restaurants are located?

I'm not huge on KFC. I definitely don't like Popeye's. I like Bush's but that's a central Texas thing.
My favorite chain is Grandy's. God, I love me some Grandy's. I guess really my question is, does the chicken at Church's taste anything like Grandy's?

If you don't like Popeye's, you probably won't care for Church's. Pretty similar to me.

My biggest complaint with Grandy's is that they never seen to have enough white meat especially breasts. Especially the Grandy's in Moore...I'd like to strangle those damned bastards who always tell me they are out of breasts.

KFC has em all beat hands down, IMO. I ate at Poopeye's in Moore yesterday. Got the spicy chicken strips. They tasted like they had been dipped in vinagor with a hint of tobasco, blech!

Chicken Express is the blandest chicken I've ever tasted.
Of the chains, Popeye's is without doubt the best. The best mashed potatoes & gravy, too. Church's is good. KFC has a pretty good fried rat basket.

Grandys was money back in the day when they had a 10 pc nugget meal.
That owned.
But then the greedy barstids went and said only 6 nuggets from now on and the price was the same, and you could add 3 for nearly as much.
I have never forgiven Grandy for that.
Popeye's is awwsome. Golden Chick rules as well if you are in the mood for non-spicey.

KFC was the best. Nobody has beaten the original recipe, but then I don’t care for crispy chicken.
KFC used to serve jalapenos and, in my opinion, the only way to eat chicken is with a bite of jalapeno.
And, KFC also used to serve the best chicken livers, cooked the same way as the chicken (in a pressure cooker?). Why don’t they do that anymore?

I don't like Popeye's or KFC, but Church's is the worst of all. It's super fatty and greasy. You can't even bite into it. It's so slimy with fat and grease that your teeth just kinda roll off.

Without exception, they have the finest southern fried chicken on the planet.
For fast chicken, Church's is it.
For tenders, Raising Canes is it.
For nuggets and a sammich, Chik Fil A is it.

I find that's the best way to understand what the heck most of these guys are talking about. ;)

Isn't there one of those in Florence? That's just down Hwy. 49 from where my parents live. I ate there several years ago.
I find that's the best way to understand what the heck most of these guys are talking about. ;)
