Also, most of these people get some leeway due to the fact that they're longtime posters and they're not 'cane trolls. ;)

And, once again, cleavage and suggestive girlie pics get the boot not because the board is prudish, but because there is automatic webcrawler software that recognizes such images as porn and indexes the site as such. This can cause SF to be blacklisted and difficult to view for people with filtering programs, among other things. The pic that started this thread really doesn't fit the criteria of super revealing.
I suggest you read the FAQ section before getting bent out of shape on things.

Heh, $20 bucks a month for a board this size? I sure as hell wouldn't let one of my customers run this board on a shared machine for $20/mo... unless I was willing to lose money, anyway.
This board will drag just about any single machine to its knees at its peak, and the first time one of my customers does that is when I say, "Time for you to colocate or get a dedicated server, buddy."

Yeah, after reading the $20/mo hosting suggestion, I didn't even feel compelled to reply to his luddite comment disputing the existence of Websense, or crawlers with algorithms designed to automatically recognize porn based on skin tones and shadow placements.

People who think that they can get an unlimited resource web account for $20/mo are kind of a pet peeve of mine, so I've got certain... compulsions with respect to them.
You have no idea how many times I've had to explain the 95th percentile billing method, said, "No, bandwidth is not free with your account. No, I will not upgrade your CPU to XYZ, you're only paying for ZYX. No, backups are NOT included, that's why we have a separate backup service..." etc, etc.
*bad memories* One of these days, I'm going to invent a device that lets me reach out over the internet and stab people in the eye.
