He doesn't have a bow in his hair. That blue thing is a harness. I put a harness on him instead of a collar because the collar rubs the skin on his neck raw.

When I took him to the doggy beauty shop the first two times, the girls put bows in his hair. He was all happy, prancing around and smiling until my husband took his bows out. Then he would just go underneath the end table and sulk. This last time he wouldn't even eat his dinner until we put the bow back in his hair. So the bows stay. We did get some little firefly barrettes to put next to the bow to 'guy' him up a little. :D

mom, his real name is Rocky
my mom and i bought him for my dad..he's been wanting a "real" dog for a long time.(my mom has a weenie dog)..we had a rottie when my mom & stepdad got married and she died at age 12..had another one a couple years ago and he died of heat stroke when he was about a year and a half...my stepdad was crushed. he's afraid that if he registers the puppy it will croak.

but he loves the "dumb mutt" anyway :)
