Eagle Scout James Calderwood from Chevy Chase, MD did it.

"Bugling" was the last and the most difficult badge for him...because he's not music-y and has no experience playing any instrument.

This feat has only been equalled by about about a hundred other humans in the entire history of the movement.

I'm impressed.
