Nice work..

I am trying to decide right now between doing the family thing and getting something we can use as a second vehicle or feeding my need and getting a Roush Mustang. Under 50k gets U 427+HP

Shelby 500GT is out of the question as the dealers are marking them up 20k and the dealers here are sold out until 2009...

Been driving it since '97. Picked up a few dents since then, but it's gotten me around the country a couple times. And still pretty quick.

I loved my 96 Trans-Am. It was bright red w/ black interior. It had a few rattles but it blew just about anything off the road

I inherited an 80 Cutlass, same engine, 3 speed automatic. White with a brown top over the back seat. Brown interior, it was courdaroy-like. That car was soooo awesome. We ran over more **** in that car. 4x8 sheets of plywood between t-posts being used as campaign signs, mail boxes, metal trash cans, shopping carts in the Wal-Marts parking lot. Absolutely indestructible indeed.

My mom sold it for $1,000 when I was at basic training. I got $500, my brother got $500. I was not happy. But I had a 94 Z-28 at the time so I wasn't too mad.

Does anyone else find it comical that there's a "Cats Only" place in the same strip mall as a "House of Hunan?"

My current Mustang can go anywhere I need to go in the snow....It isn't about the car it is about the driver.

That '89 I had went to Colorado 1 spring break had to be '91 or so in an ice storm and I want to tell you that was a B1tch of a drive but we made it to Breckenridge....

I know you guys have been posting about your cars that go Vroom... Vroom... but my favorite car that I've had has to be my first car (back when I was in high school)... which was a very well used 1969 VW bug.

It was the biggest piece of junk but was it fun! I'm not sure what was wrong... but I hardly ever put my foot on the pedal and it would go 60 mph. Everytime it rained the water would pour threw the air vents and soak you to death. Not to mention you could get into water balloon fights with other cars and not have to worry about trashing the damn thing because it was pretty trashed already.

Ahhh! What great memories! :D

My dad had 2 of these as back then these were great gas mileage vehicles... I remember the first coming home on the hook totaled in an Ice Storm...I think a 69 and a 72 that made it o ArKansas...Couldn't get stuck in the snow as it wouldn't stall...

If I had a chance, I'd get another one. It really was fun to drive and a great "1st Car". It took all the abuse that a teenage girl could give it and still survive.
