I don't know what came over my wife, but she bought natural peanut butter a couple of weeks ago and I really like it. Then today, we were in Forward Foods in Norman and I saw some natural Almond Butter, so I picked it up. Wow. This **** is so much better than regular old peanut butter.

most of the "regular" peanut butter brands have sugar.....which is completely unnecessary.

one cool thing about Forward Foods is the bulk oils and infused vinegars. their dried pastas are pretty good too.

We use Sunbutter (made from sunflower seeds) in our house due to my daughter's peanut & tree nut allergies. That stuff RMFO!
