Rhino officially sold his house today! One house down and one to go.


And the first person who calls me an attention whore gets their shins obliterated.

Also a big FU to the yainch at AAA who tried to tell the buyers not to buy the house, because of the supposed bad roof. Funny Allstate had thought that the roof was just fine. So SUCK ON THAT YOU STUPID COW!

Oh hell no. You're gonna take all that extra $$ and buy you a bunch of carbon credits like your boy algore tells you to. That's what you're gonna do. Besides, pizzas got cheese. You know how much methane a cow produces? And you're gonna have it delivered? By a carbon burning machine? Why do you hate Mother Earth?
















Congrats. Lots of weight gets lifted off them shoulders when you sell a place you need to sell. I've owned 3 homes at once, and it is stressful as hell.

Actually the whole having three mortgages thing wasn't nearly as bad as I thought it was going to be. But I only say that because I completely RULE at my job.


Now that's not to say that I've haven't got plenty of uses lined up for that extra money we are going to save. Momma needs some new flowers in the back yard. Oh and apparently a new pool pump.

When I get the damn thing to stop looking like the city's cess pool. I swear to God I wish the stupid woman that we bought the damn house from had just the tiniest bit of common sense to close the pool, oh I don't know, before all the damn leaves fell off of the eleventy hundred big *** trees that are in the back yard.

Besides the pump died a horrible death yesterday and I have to wait for the pool guy to come back out to fix it before I can finish cleaning out all the damn sand that the pool's filter decided to spew into the pool last week.

I swear to God I have owned a pool since I was 12 and have never EVER had this much trouble.
