Dude is out a month early

Our long term visitor turned his key in this morning. We bumped him up a month earlier than we had originally told him. We gave him 1 week to find another place. I know some will give me a hard time over that, but in doing so we were able to keep a position of influence in somebodies life that we did care about.

It sure is going to be nice to have the place to ourselves.

He left the key with a card letting us know how much help it was and how much he appreciated what we did for him.

He didn't make the most of the time, but he is better off now and he knows it.
