Too much red meat and other stuff can make gout worse according to a good friend who is dealing with it also. Hopefully you can find a way to ease the pain.

Looks like another caution will bunch the field up for one final run (barring another wreck or caution)

I don't know if you can establish a statement like that in just two races. Toyota's problem is they just don't have the drivers to expect much.

It was an observation about luck, not talent. Maybe the database is a little thin to say this so soon in the season, but they haven't caught any breaks yet.

Good point. TRD has all the talent in the world in other racing leagues so it's probably just a matter of time in NASCAR too.

I'm happy with the 2-3 HMS finish.

But really, that was kind of a snoozefest yesterday. Would have been a better finish if not for Tony Stewart's speeding penalty on pit road, Harvick's flat tire, and Jimmy Johnson's crew botching that late pit stop.

royalfan5
2/26/2007, 02:15 PM
I think Harvick wins if not for the tire. The 29 was a better car than the 17.

Roush Racing.

Get ready it is going to be a long year as Matt wins title number 2.

How about David Ragan highest finishing rookie 2nd race in a row.

And did they ever show the debris with 26 to go or was it another of those imaginary debris cautions to bunch the field.

Oh well if it was I hope NASCAR liked Harvick's flat tire I know I did.

Happy was a little sad.

Well, at least the sufferers of Hendrick Derangement Syndrome can't claim that was done to benefit a Hendrick Motorsports driver.

And BTW, we're but two races into the season.

I think it's a tad bit early to start making such predictions.

I will call it now

Travis Kvapil and the 6 Truck in the Craftman Truck Series.
Carl Edwards and the 60 car in the Busch Series.
Matt Kenseth and the 17 car in the Cup Series.

Roush trifecta.. First time ever... Mark it down.

How many here go to Texas? We went for the last 6 years but now are too far away. May hit the fall weekend though.

Man you would have it easy..Right in 114. We always park in turn 4 and have our seats at that end and then head north toward Denton. Less traffic and an easy exit if you leave as soon as the checkers fall.

Last spring we watched the Busch race and stuck around for a few minutes and headed south ended up at Lone Star Park for the afternoon and traffic wasn't too bad. Beautiful facility at Lone Star but can't handle a crowd the way it is laid out.
