Dallas Brass

I just got done playing with the Dallas Brass in a concert. They are awesome. I guess I've been in a hole all my life and haven't ever heard of them. All I can say is wow. If you like you some brass music, like dixieland, swing, classical etc... these guys are worth a look. Their sousaphone player is incredible. yeah, I said sousaphone. The trumpet players were switching between flugel, Eb trumpet, Bb trumpet and piccolo trumpet all night and it was pretty much seamless. I've never really been a fan of the french horn, but this guy kills it. Absolutely kills it. Worth a look, dallasbrass.com

it says they are going to be in stoolwater at the beginning of march. it's worth a look.
