SETTING THE STAGE: Oklahoma’s regular season comes to an end tonight in this last game against St. Cloud State…Oklahoma pounded the Huskies last night by a score of 14-3…Tonight is the last regular season home game for Aaron Schmeilski, Justin Hall, Danny Force, Kevin Kennedy, Michael Gray, John Leighty and Tom Schaul.

OKLAHOMA NOTES: Forwards Adrian Borchgrevink and Kyle Allan each had hat tricks in last night’s game…Kennedy had four assists for the Sooners in last night’s game…Keith Denton and Owen Brewer each had two goals apiece yesterday as well…Tom Schaul was in net last night for OU and stopped 15 of 18 shots tossed his way…With each win, the Sooners set a new record for wins in a season, having already eclipsed the previous record of 22 wins from the 2003-2004 season…Borchgrevink’s 28 goals so far this season surpasses the previous single season record of 24 goals in a season set by Kelly Forbes in 2003-2004…Borchgrevink currently has 47 points this season, tying him with Forbes for most points in a single season.

ST. CLOUD STATE NOTES: The Huskies received two goals from Nick Burns last night and a single marker from Danny Heinzmann…Goaltender Chris Dorscher saw a lot of vulcanized rubber last night as the Sooners pelted him with 52 shots on goal…Dorscher stopped only 38 of those shots…As a result, Dorscher’s goals against average took a serious hit last night, moving from a 4.52 GAA prior to the game to a 5.37 GAA after the game.

NEXT UP FOR THE SOONERS: The Sooners head to Youngstown, Ohio on Monday to compete in the ACHA D1 National Championship Tournament…The Sooners are seeded 5th in the 16-team tournament and will face No. 12 seed University of Delaware on Wednesday morning at 10:00 A.M.
