Anyone dealt with them? I have a house built in 1927, structural engineer says 4 piers and located them and I have 90 days to get the work done to get it paid out of my escrow account.

Anyone know a reputable foundation repair company in OKC other than the big ones, who are totally backlogged due to the drought? This is about as simple of a job there could be (crawl space, no plumbing anywhere near it, lots of room around the areas where the work is to be performed, etc...)

also, thanks in advance to all the smart *** answers I'm sure I'll get.;)

The only ones I know of and have had friends/family use are the big ones...

I hear tornadoes are good at foundation leveling.

They're big for a reason. Just like restaurants are crowded for a reason.

Can you get an estimate and then basically prepay during the 90 day period if they can't get to it in that time frame?
