So what heart-string puller story did Ch4 run during sweeps?

In Houston, they were trying to make a story about a H.S. in a "ward" shutting and locking classroom doors after the bell to make the kids be in class and not tardy. They are counted "unexcused absent" and not allowed to make up work. They were crying for the children becuase they had to be in the cafeteria rather than the classroom. It kinda back-fired on them as the principal got kudos and the station and kids got raspberries...
