I was trying to be helpful when I mentioned that smudge on my doctors forehead.

When he gave me an "umm, yeah" I instantly realized it was for Lent.

I tried to dig my hole a little deeper by explaining that I get accidental smudges all the time in my line of work but he wouldn't let me.

Don't sorry SAS, I did the same thing to a Lt. Col today.

It was only after he left that I realized how stupid I am. And I'm Anglican.

I almost did the same thing to a girl in a college class. Didn't as I walked around campus, saw so more and the lightbulb turned on over my head. I was real glad I didn't tell her. :O

Yeah, a friend of mine was trying to get a group together to go out later this week to Buffalo Wildwings, but for some reason not many were interested.

It wasn't until today we realized why people wouldn't be too wild about eating chicken on Friday.
