I really like it. I hope they make more serving pieces since the pattern I chose, Tuscan Sun, is quite popular. The lady I have been dealing with told me that they recently bought the company. I wonder how many owners they've had? It would be fun to go visit the factory in Sapulpa. Have any of you been lately?

Ma,
I love Frankoma. It screams Okie. Plus, its nice to buy Okie whenever possible. We have used their dinnerware (Mountain Aire in white) exclusively as our informal service for years. The factory is not particularly worth the trip.

My mother in law has a nice collection of the wagon wheel pattern. I love the design of her pitchers, the cream and sugar and the butter dish. I hope they'll add those or something similar to the new patterns. The lady I spoke with said they may do so. The Tuscan cereal bowls at 5.75 in. were too small to use for soups, so I went ahead an ordered a set of the 7 in. serving bowls and they're perfect. :)

I really like your white Mountain Aire as well. Its gorgeous. I got to see a piece of that pattern and color. I had narrowed my two choices down to the white Mountain Aire and the Tuscan. Frankoma was kind enough to loan me saucers from both patterns. As it turned out, the Tuscan just blended perfectly with my new tile and my decor.

Are all your mugs the same size? I got three mugs that are a little larger than the other 3. I would like them all to be the same size, so I packed the 3 larger ones away and plan to return them for the smaller ones. Since the factory isn't worth the long drive, I'll go ahead and send them through the mail.

They'll work with you to make sure you're happy. I've never had a any problems with them whatsoever.

Man, I can't find the design that I grew up with, but my mom had a blue set that we used for years. When I got out on my own she bought me the oblong square pieces in sage, of course it isn't on there either. Great stuff well worth the money.

I didn't realize they made more than vases. My mom has collected frankoma vases for years. She has started buying me Frankoma political cups now for my birthday and christmas.

They also have an OU mug. I have only been able to find one.

The oilfield trash on here should note that Frankoma makes a cool mug that will hold a pint that is shaped like a drill bit.

I noticed the longhorn too, but on closer inspection, it's a longhorn skull -- which is actually kinda appropriate for a Sooner!
