Hmm...I must have overlooked that game. Virginia Tech is poised to take the ACC crown this year if they can get solid QB play, since that conference is the suck. LSU will still be good, even without JaMarcus.

If they have that good a game on their netrworks (OU/UM), they're probably not gonna go promote NBC if they are doing the game, or CBS for the LSU game.

It has happened before, but OU/UM gives them plenty of angles and stories to run with.

Good point they are going to do a game that is either the ABC 2:30 game or the 6:45 ESPN game. I am hoping game time ends up at 6:45 for a full day of tailgating.

Noone said I wanted them to go there... ;) just spent a little time in the SEC so I know what its like down there. They will probably go to LSU over UGA anyway, for some reason ESPN loves LSU and Auburn.

I saw them once before the Nebraska game in 2000 when they opened up the stadium at the buttcrack of dawn, and I saw them at the OB. Gameday is pretty overrated anyway. Either way I'll still be schnockered.

I think OU/Miami is a better story than VaTech/LSU. I think it's more steeped in college football tradition. VT/LSU will showcase two higher ranked teams, but I still say it's 50/50 we get Chris, Lee & Kirk.
