FOUR DAY WEEKEND!

I just realized I'm enjoying one of the good things about La Nueva Orleans: Tuesday is Mardi Gras, when even federal circuit judges can be seen drinking on St. Charles Avenue. And since G-Dub's birthday is Monday - it's a 4-day weekend. Yee haw. I'll probably take a nap. :rolleyes:

it's Lunar New Year here

shipyard is closed until Thursday (5 days total), work for 3 1/2 days is optional

of course i have a crapload of work and not taking days off, just leaving after 1/2 day today and maybe a little early the other days

the good thing though is that it's really really quiet. There's 20k people who work here, but only a couple hundred will be here for until thursday
