ugh. first, let me say that my old man is my dentist... which can be good because i can yell at him. it can be bad because he can clobber me and laugh when it hurts.
anyway, i busted my front teeth about 24 years ago (go-cart accident). and he's re-done them with some plastic every so often. needless to say, we're done with that. we're going full-blown crowns.
i sit down and he busts out the novacaine needle... to which i reply, "i don't remember signing on for this." long story short, i've a temporary crown (for 2 weeks... thanfully it looks pretty good), i lost about a pint of blood, my nose and top lip are still numb... but slowly wearing off, and i'm getting a little sore.
i think i might take back those nice clubs i got him...:mad:
