LEGENDARY rockers Led Zeppelin are set to re-group after 22 years for a money-spinning stadium tour of America.

Zeppelin split in 1980 after a booze binge killed drummer John Bonham.

His son Jason is set to play drums on the tour.

Sorry, but that same story is rewritten every couple years or so. So far sources say there is no truth to the rumor. If you look closely at the ages listed, they've got them wrong. Robert Plant is 58.

Sorry, I read the same article on another site, one dedicated to all things Zeppelin, and there were several people saying it was a hoax, including a couple people close to Robert Plant.

they were still pretty good 10 years ago: gotta love Jimmy and the cig in the opening sequence....thought the immigrant song open is sort of cheapo. play the damn song if you are gonna tease it.

i saw Robert Plant in 2005, he's still got it in him to tour and do those songs...

Jimmy Page sounded really good with The Black Crowes a few years ago as well

i did a search after hearing it on the radio tonight... maybe there is a better source somewhere

Jimmy played his *** off on that Black Crowes/Greek Theatre record.

i think that's a great record, especially if you are a III or Physical Graffiti fan.

I'm both. ****ing hell: out on the tiles, and since i been loving you....

my girlfriend at the time had bought me tickets for the Page/Plant show in OKC. But my dad had a heart attack (he did fine) the day before it back in Tulsa. So obviously I didn't get to go.

I'd kill a man for those guys to go on tour one more time. John Paul Jones on board would be icing on the cake.

i drank Jimmy Page's beer at crap bar in Incline Village just on the Nevada side of Lake Tahoe. he sat in with some terrible cover band called Public Eye.....a couple nights. we heard about it, and showed up. this is about 90 or 91. Jimmy shows up hammered with a couple REALLY young girls about 2 hours after we got there/and were basically ready to leave. it was the stupidest bar ever....really bad. and Jimmy walks in orders a whiskey and a Miller Lite with his girl school entourage. and he and Public Eye play a passable version of the blues standard Red Rooster.....and then Jimmy rips into Communication Breakdown...after that it was the real deal. kinda sloppy, but who cares?

Jimmy left his unopened on the stage, and I drank it.

there also used to be an cool version of the Wanton Song with the Crowes from Letterman on youtube....but i can't find it.

I don't care when it happens (which hopefully it will again), I'm there. I missed the Page/Plant show back in late 90's/early 00's (can't remember) and I've kicked myself a thousand times for it. Both of my best friends went and still scoreboard me with it. However, I did get to see 1/2 of Lennon/McCartney (not the half I would have preferred) which I can always lay down on them, since it was still a Beatle and he played tons of Beatles songs.

Add JPJ to the mix and any awesome drummer and I'll spend upwards of 4 digits.

Speaking of the Beatles, how awesome would it be to have Julian go on tour with Paul & Ringo and just do Beatles stuff? Julian Lennon sounds almost spot on with his Dad. Too bad he would rather shun who he is rather than embrace it (his VH1 Behind the Music was just a bitter fest against his Dad).

i also kick myself for missing Page/Plant back in '98 or so when they came to OKC

i am thinking i'd take off a week or two of work to make as many shows as i could

maybe i'll run into Dave Grohl :D

Well I did predict this to a customer on Jan 1st this year. Even Jason pounding the skins.

I guess I can use the money I was going to save because I won't see Van Halen without Michael Anthony. So now I can use the funds for Led Zepplin
