GSA reminded the Security Committee that during the weekend preceding a prior Mardi Gras, a group of court employees and guests overcrowded an elevator and became trapped for several hours. GSA cautioned that rescue response time during carnival season is significantly impaired due to traffic congestion and limited availability of service contractors.



I bet they all really had to pee, too.
