I am trying (and failing miserably, if truth be told) to edit an article on children's passport issues. The author has written about the State Department's Children's Passport Issuance Alert Program, and keeps referring to this as "CPIAP." Everytime I look see that reference, I think "Chili Dogs in a Bowl."

Either I'm hungry or I've been on this board waaaay too long.
