I think Broyles always wanted to be a Sooner and was jut needed the offer,Kind of like Lance Donley a few years ago,committed tooSu and then jumped at the OU offer.

Yah, but OU offered right after he committed to OSU. He then visited OSU twice after that, said last night that he was 100% towards OSU, blah blah blah... Obviously, something changed other than "I finally got my OU offer" unless he's been negatvely recruiting while @ OSU, which I doubt... I don't know, kinda weird.

Now Robert Allen is talking about it on the radio. His theory seems to be that people in Norman harrassed Broyles and that they should avoid recruiting in Norman!

Recruiting is getting ridiculous. Every year the kids are playing the game better than the coaches. It is time for an early signing period for football. Should be the end of August. That would put an end to some of this.

im confused, he was listed on our list on rivals and is now back to OSU but there are things on both their rivals site saying he has moved on to OU but hes not listed on our commit list. i understand it takes some time but his profile said OU earlier and is now back to OSU

Okay, so what is going on now?? Every site I'm looking at now is showing him as uncommitted to anyone. Rivals has his choices down to us and the retards up north. Anyone got a scoop on this one?

It does look like Broyles will be a Sooner, that's a really good thing. Better let this one work itself out for a day or two....... & keep your fingers crossed. Who knows, Saban may come calling......

They just have to list it, they interviewed Broyles and posted the manuscript of that interview online as well for all to read. He is a Sooner and added that there were other reasons than staying in Norman and being around junior madu that we wont know of so apparently he had personal reasons that he is keeping personal!

Apparently he has now said that he is unsure and is seriously considering Osu again. I know some of you will rip him but the fact of the matter is, I admire him. Yea he has always wanted to be a Sooner but the fact that we didnt recruit him til we realized we werent getting the bigger names and the fact that he made a commitment to Gundy and he is having a hard time backing away from it, I think it is nice to see. He seems to have a good(although confused) head on his shoulders
