I do, but I'm a little bent on painkillers right now;)

It was better early when it was all about being funny. Later they tried to be more "socially responsible" with show content.

I agree with that, and on the same line. I loved the movie Primary Colors, as long as I completely ignored the motive behind the movie.

In a word, you are exactly right.

OK, in 4 words.

Ditto with "The Day After Tomorrow".

I love MASH. I had a mass comm. professor who looked and acted just like Henry.

Hawkeye=funny > Alan Alda=wussy
Seems like I always love a character but hate the actor/actress. I guess it's because most are flakes from the land of fruits and nuts.

MASH ruled.

when it turned into the Alan Alda one liner show, MASH sucked out loud.

when it was an ensemble set and plot series, it was pretty good.

MASH was great for about 5-6 years.

"We brought you some shampoo"

"Because we were out of real poo."

Frank Burns: You disgust me.
Hawkeye Pierce: Yes, Frank, We discussed you and we agreed that you were disgusting.

My wife got me the complete box set for Christmas, 36 DVD's. All of the shows and the movie.

I remember watching the final episode in the Walker 6 West TV lounge.

"Did you call me, doctor?"

"why would I call you doctor, when I'm the doctor around here!"

Loved it. I think I watched all of the shows about twice this time last year while I was laid up after foot surgery. Pain killers & M*A*S*H = peas and carrots. Hasn't been a better TV series before or since.

I liked it when Hawkeye would walk around in a bathrobe and cowboy hat sipping white lightning.

i loved the show....i always felt like the tone of the show really focused on the personality of the commander......it was more light and funny when Henry Blake (oh you forgot your driver!!!!!) was on.....and a little more serious when Sherman T Potter took over

"why would I call you doctor, when I'm the doctor around here!"

I think that was "why would I call you doctor when I am the physician"

Sorry, but I had no life and watched way too many reruns.

I like it when hawkeye wasn't so sensitive, margaret was "hot lips" and BJ, well he should have never been on the show. That socially correct politically ignorant moron.

I spent a year in Korea just down the road a piece from the 99th M*A*S*H." Some of the "business" in the TV series was dead on accurate.

The TV series is still one of my faves. Korea...........not so much.
