How do I link to an Excel spread sheet? Like if I wanted to post a link to a spread sheet on a message board...

I know I'd have to host it, I just don't know how I would be able to save it so that a hosting site would accept it.

yes, I am not THAT computer literate. I'm sure it is simple, and I'm sure I should probably know how - but I don't. :D

File Factory worked, but it is a pain in the a**...
