No but the Gubmint should also NOT be assuring the SURVIVAL Of the Dumbest .
I know for a fact that 2 idiots Got married , Both drawing an ssi check. Had a kid . cant even figure out HOW TO CHANGE its diaper , so guees what ? the kid gets a check , someone else gets a check to Take care of the Idiots .and the KId

If the gubmint didn't hand out welfare/social program checks, that wouldn't be a problem.

Ok I know Im gonna piasz off a few , But If the Gubment would go BACK to forced sterilization as a requirement for welfare or food stamps , the ****ing Prob would die OUT in about 20 yrs :pop:
